Thai PBS Field Trip

Students from the Integrated Financial Math class visited Thai PBS in Bangkok for an exciting behind the scenes learning experience.

They toured the studios, explored the broadcasting system including the OB vans, and even had the chance to operate some of the equipment.

Students also learned about television production and heard from news anchor Nad about how Thai PBS operates, the importance of its English programming for expats and non Thai speakers, and the challenges of running a major broadcasting network. The visit offered valuable insight into how large media organizations produce live and recorded programs.
